and around Nantwich, but, first, two disclaimers:

If you are coming from outside Nantwich, check before
you set off to make sure that the event is taking place as planned. I will
amend the entries where I am told or get to know about changes -
including any cancellations. I am only as good as the
information I am supplied with.

The inclusion of an event on the What's
On pages should not be taken as a recommendation for the event. I am
simply listing them!
Sometimes it was not clear which category to include
some events under so, if you don't find something you are looking for, try
a similar category. For instance, arts and crafts includes photography.
Start with the General Events page.
I am not claiming the lists are complete - I may have
missed something. If there is something you don't see that you think
should be listed, e-mail me (whatson@dabbersnantwich.me.uk)
and I'll see what I can do. I reserve the right not to include something
without explaining why, and to edit anything I might use.
Sources of listed items include Nantwich Tourist Information Centre (Civic Hall, Market
Street, Nantwich; tel 01270 537359), the Civic Hall management (Nantwich
Town Council), the website of Cheshire East Council (www.cheshire-east.gov.uk),
the local press, and the churches. Nantwich Tourist Information Centre
(as at November 3, 2012) is part of Cheshire East Council's Customer Service Centre,
but it expected to be run by Nantwich Town Council shortly, It is open Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 5pm; Thursday, 9am to 7pm;
Saturday, 9am to 4pm.
